<h1>An insertion in cold rolled steel divides the main level of this duplex apartment into two programmed but neutral rectangular spaces, with the living area on the street and the kitchen / dining area / study on the courtyard. The steel blocks and their plinth are densely packed with functional elements, including a toilet, laundry area, various types of storage and the bottom part of the stairs to the upper level. The stair leads to a large landing, a transitional space all in yellow under a square "cupola" under a skylight.

<h1>Une insertion en acier brut divise le niveau principal d'un appartement Haussmannien en duplex. L'insertion crée deux espaces rectangulaires programmés mais neutres, un orienté sur rue, le séjour, et un autre sur cour, la cuisine / salle à manger / bureau. Les blocs et l'estrade en acier sont multi fonctions, comprenant un WC, une laverie, différents types de rangements, et le bas de l'escalier vers l'étage. L'escalier mène à un vaste espace tampon tout en jaune, sous une "coupole" carrée éclairée par une lumière zénithale.
